TERENCE GINJA-MARTINHO

I was born and raised in the south of France. After graduating from high school, I served five years in the French Foreign Legion (2012–2017), during which I completed three operational deployments in Africa: Mali (2013), Chad/Niger (2015), and Ivory Coast (2016). These years shaped my relationship to work, responsibility, and execution under pressure.

In 2017, I expatriated to Brazil and began pursuing a creative career. I started working as a freelance 2D motion designer, developing a strong foundation in timing, detailed animation, and visual clarity. This period established the animation sensibility that would later guide my work across disciplines.

In 2020, I transitioned into 3D, deliberately carrying over my 2D animation fundamentals while expanding into more technical domains. Alongside animation, I invested significant time in building a robust hard-surface modeling workflow, allowing me to approach projects with both motion sensitivity and structural precision.

This combination enables me to adapt across different stages of production, from concept and modeling to animation and final execution.

I currently work as a full-time freelance motion designer and 3D artist, collaborating with studios and clients worldwide on projects that require versatility, technical rigor, and a high level of execution.
